Training Development and Trainer Capacity Building RJ Squared develops diversity, equity and inclusion training content tailored to client’s need and design training facilitator tools to improve training delivery efficacy. RJ Squared also provides instruction for trainer capacity through train-the-trainer workshops to build organizational capacity for success. Current clients of RJ Squared include the National Birth Equity Collective (NBEC) and the UNC Chapel Hill ACURE4Moms study.
